Challenge: CareSpotter had outgrown their website that was created for their initial launch. It wasn’t converting families in to paying customers at a high rate and caregivers were having a difficult time completing the registration process.
Solution: Using conversion-centered design principles, we were able to improve the on-boarding flow from landing pages all the way through registration, for both families and caregivers. Oddly enough, much of that inspiration came from studying successful dating sites. We were also able to incorporate a brand ‘refresh’ with the new design.
